The element has hollow metallic profiles (7, 8, 11, 12), each possessing parallel fins (7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 8b, 8c, 8d, 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b) in the direction of a symmetry axis (X, X) of a section of the profiles. One of the fins is intended to be located in adjacency of another fin for assembling side by side the profiles with the symmetry axis of the section in coincidence. The assembled profiles define panel scores (9, 13, 14) of width sensibly equal to height of the fins, between the assembled profiles.
