The picket has a penetrating part that is very specific and represents two concave or convex reversed and juxtaposed and reversed gouges at its ends. A cylindrical metallic tube has notches at its end, where the notches encase a jaw of a setting tool and fixes the picket by rotation. An end of the picket is in the shape of S, and the picket has a smooth and straight tubular form. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a end of a picket.
