The device has an articulated handle (3) fixed on handle of a spade (1). The handle (3) actuates articulated arms (4), where end of the arms is provided with a scraper (5) having cutting blades (6) which projects the ground towards the front by breaking the ground. Fixed adjustable arms (9) are integrated to the handle. A profile (2) is welded on iron head of the spade to ensure lateral stability. A knob (7) is fixed on the handle, and a mechanism and the spade are separated by a wing nut (8).
