The device (26) has a hollow cylindrical/polygonal shaped coupling unit (23) including a groove (28) and lateral orifices situated on a lateral wall of the unit (23). The groove and the orifices receive a locking unit (25) e.g. set screw, of a ball attachment type superstructure e.g. bar-pillar type anchoring device (20), to prevent the transversal movement and rotational movement of the superstructure with respect to the device (26). The orifices are spaced regularly in the lateral wall of the unit (23).
