The device has a trestle (1) mobile in vertical translation and equipped with a mechanically welded frame (3) of rectangular shape fixed at the back of a tractor by articulated arms, forming a parallelogram, which are deformed by a double-acting jack. The jack mounts or descends the mechanically welded frame which contains hooking elements (7) at its upper part, where the hooking elements are mounted on right/left sliding arms (2) in a slide (8). The sliding arms are immobilized by two pins (13). The frame has an arm (2`), at its upper and middle parts, supporting a hooking element (7`).
