The tile has semi-conical semi-bodies (1, 2) with concavities directed upwards and downwards in installed conditions, and reducers in directions of lower and upper extreme profiles (101, 102), respectively. A set of common projections (5) is engaged with a set of common projections of an adjacent tile. A pair of longitudinal guiding ribs (7) migrating water under the tiles is directed towards the lower extreme profile and water barrier bumps. A set of lateral bumps (901), protuberances (902) and teeth (602) couple the tiles in package.
