The device has four foldable lateral parts (5-8) connected to five cradles, where one cradle (16) includes a part (13) that is provided with a blank (13E) permitting stowing of the device to a base of propane or butane gas bottle. The cradles have different diameters and induce a specific degrees of inclination, so that liquid gas inside the bottle is maintained towards front part of the device. The lateral parts and three of the cradles are inserted between the other two cradles (1, 3) by folding a foldable part (4) of the device and form a base of a package of the device.
