A digital TV receiver having a rotatable adapter includes a housing 1 and an adapter 2. The housing is symmetrically provided on a first side surface with a first 13 and a second 14 shank, and the first shank 13 having a push button 131 located at an outer lateral side thereof. The adapter includes a cover 11, a rear end of which is a connecting section located between the first and the second shank. The connecting section has two ends formed into a first and a second hole, to which the first and the second shank are assembled, respectively. In assembling the digital TV receiver to a TV set, a user may push the button to allow adjustment of the angular position of the digital TV receiver housing relative to the adapter to find the best position for receiving an input signal, and for mounting of the digital TV receiver in confined spaces.
