SHUTTLECOCK FOR BADMINTON, ARTIFICIAL VANE FOR SHUTTLECOCK AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shuttlecock for badminton having flying performance and durability equal to a shuttlecock using feather of aquatic birds, an artificial feather for the shuttlecock; and a manufacturing method of them. PSOLUTION: This artificial vane 3 for the shuttlecock has a feather part and a shaft 7. The shaft 7 is connected to the feather part. The shaft 7 includes a fixed shaft part 10 and a vane shaft part 8 continuing with the fixed shaft part 10. A sheet-like member 9 being a member for constituting the vane part, includes a feather body part 5 contacting with the fixed shaft part 10 and having a width wider than the fixed shaft part 10, and a projection part 12 projecting to the vane shaft part 8 from the vane body part 5.
