PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-cap with a pilfer-proof band designed so that in a straight can with the over-cap equipped with the over-cap with the pilfer-proof band for preventing fraudulent opening of the can, the opening handle of the pilfer-proof band is prevented from being located inside the side face of the over-cap without projecting outward beyond the side face of the over-cap, and is thus prevented from being opened by being touched or pushed.;SOLUTION: The over-cap 20 with the pilfer-proof band is composed of a detachable over-cap body 2 attached to the cylindrical straight can 1, and the pilfer-proof band 3 that is cut off when the can 1 is initially opened.
