PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition for primary rust prevention treatment of an aluminum sheet exhibiting excellent adhesion, having excellent rust preventability, workability or the like and, further capable of hydrophilizing the surface of a coating film even without performing oxidation treatment, metallic compound treatment, roughening treatment or the like, and to provide a primary rust-prevention-treated aluminum sheet.;SOLUTION: The aqueous composition for primary rust prevention treatment of the aluminum sheet is provided which contains: the aqueous matter of a composite resin (ABC) obtained by dissolving or dispersing the composite resin (ABC) in which polysiloxane segment (B) in a composite resin (AB) obtained by chemically bonding a neutralized acid base-containing polymer segment (A) with the polysiloxane segment (B) and polysiloxane segment (C) derived from the condensation product (c) of alkyltrialkoxysilane in which the number of carbons in alkyl groups is 1 to 3 are bonded via silicon-oxygen; and a curing agent (D) of the composite resin (ABC), and the primary rust-prevention-treated aluminum sheet obtained by subjecting the aluminum sheet to primary rust prevention treatment using the aqueous composition is also provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
