PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leak alarm and a gas leak alarm system with less malfunction.;SOLUTION: A gas leak alarm 2 includes a reception means 21 for receiving combustion equipment use information which is transmitted from outside and is relevant to use/nonuse of combustion equipment 4 installed in a monitoring area of the alarm 2; a determining means 23-1 for determining the presence or absence of the reception of the use information; a first gas leak detection means 23-2 for detecting the presence or absence of gas leak when the presence of the reception of the use information is determined; a second gas leak detection means 23-3 for detecting the presence or absence of gas leak when the absence of the reception of the use information is determined; a first report means 201 for generating gas leak alarm when the gas leak is detected by the firs detection means 23-2; and a second report means 202 for generating gas leak warning differing from the gas alarm when the gas leak is detected by the second detection means 23-3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
