PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect occurrence of abnormality of a device even if a data transmission system of a monitoring control system is configured of LAN.;SOLUTION: A monitoring control station comprises: communication control devices 13a, 13b-13n for communicating monitoring control information with corresponding monitoring control objects 14a, 14b-14n; a LAN switch device 11 including LAN ports 115a, 115b-115n to which the communication control devices are connected and detecting abnormality of link information between the LAN port and communication control devices; and a monitoring controller 12 which is connected to the LAN port of the LAN switch device and is notified of abnormality detection information about the link information which is detected by the LAN switch device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
