PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing agent composition for epoxy resin suitable for a one component curing-type curable resin that is excellent in storage stability, curability, etc. and whose outgas generation is inhibited, and to provide a one component-based curable epoxy resin composition using the same.;SOLUTION: The curing agent composition for epoxy resin comprises (A) a modified polyamine, obtained by reacting a polyamine compound with an epoxy compound, and (B) a phenol, and the curable epoxy resin composition comprises the curing agent composition and a polyepoxy compound, wherein, amount of free phenols contained in the phenol resin is not more than 1.0 mass%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
