GREENING CONCRETE BLOCK, AND GREENING CONCRETE BLOCK MANUFACTURING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening concrete block which is fit for greening of a roof, a roof floor, and a wall surface of a building, for instance, excellent in water permeability, water retentivity, draining performance, humidity conditioning properties, lightweight properties, and strength, and fitted for heat insulation properties and gas adsorbing properties, and to provide a greening concrete block manufacturing method. PSOLUTION: The greening concrete block is formed of a two-layered structure consisting of an upper layer portion 1 and a lower water retentive layer portion 4. The upper layer portion 1 is formed into a porous body containing waste glass expanded lightweight aggregate 2 and a small amount of cement paste 3 as an adhesive. The lower water retentive layer portion 4 is formed into a porous body containing aggregate of any or two or more of silica sand 5, natural zeolite, and diatomaceous earth, and a small amount of cement paste 6 as an adhesive, and has the upper layer portion 4 laminated thereon in one body.
