PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for a high frequency resistance measuring device which has an appropriate dynamic range and can utilize a plurality of alternative currents of different frequencies so that a measuring capacity can be maintained irrespective of a signal chain saturation under an existence of a bid undesired signal. PSOLUTION: By measuring a big frequency resistance of a fuel cell in a specific bandwidth of an excited current frequency, a humidification status of a proton exchange membrane can be evaluated. In a noisy electric environment such as a high voltage power distribution system of an electric vehicle, or the like, there can be big alternate current ripples in addition to an induced ripple current and a ripple voltage resulting from it.
