PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiving circuit, an optical receiver and an optical transmission system capable of performing receiving with a fixed code error rate without depending upon a multiplex number because signal light intensity rapidly attenuates according to the square of the multiple number according as the multiple number increases to increase a code error rate in the conventional practice.;SOLUTION: The optical receiving circuit, the optical receiver and the optical transmission system convert an optical signal into an electric signal, and subsequently perform discrete Fourier transformation of integral control action and an identification operation in an electrical area. The number M of branches of an electrical branching means included in an electrical integrating means is not related to the multiplex number N of an optical OFDM signal. Consequently, a BER (Bit-Error-Rate) is prevented from deteriorating because the number of branches does not change the a receiving circuit even if the multiplex number N increases while signal light intensity to be inputted to the receiving circuit is in a fixed state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
