PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function for confirming an operator's action, a function for providing information related to operating efficiency or adaptability of the operator, and a function for integrally managing a series of works.;SOLUTION: The operation instruction support device comprises a recording part; a communication part; an authentication part; an operation instruction part; an operation management part; an analysis part, and an operation completion part. The operation management part receives an input from an operator terminal, and records it to an operation history DB, and records an access log from the operator terminal to an access log DB of the recording part. The analysis part analyzes the operator's action of the operator terminal using input information from the operator terminal recorded in the operation history DB and access information from the operator terminal recorded in the access log DB, and records the analysis result in an action trail DB of the recording part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
