PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object information analyzer for efficiently analyzing information related to a driving state of a moving object.;SOLUTION: The vehicle information analyzer for analyzing moving object information related to the driving state of the moving object is provided with: a route information acquisition means 12 for acquiring the moving object information from an external device; a data server 11; a weather information acquisition means 13; an analysis reproducing means 15 for analyzing the moving object information by extracting a singularity indicating state abnormality of the moving object from within the acquired moving object information; and an analysis method procedure storage means 16 for storing extraction information related to singularity information on the extracted singularity and the extraction method of the singularity used in extracting the singularity when the analysis reproducing means 15 extracts the singularity.
