PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit use of a scanning plan prepared by one X-ray CT apparatus in another X-ray CT apparatus. PSOLUTION: A scanning plan management part 120 of the scanning plan management device 100 manages scanning plans transmitted from X-ray CT apparatuses for each patient by using a scanning plan managing database 130. When a scanning plan output part 150 receives a request for transmission of a scanning plan from another X-ray CT apparatus, the scanning plan management part 120 reads the requested scanning plan from the scanning plan management database 130. Then, a scanning plan conversion part 140 converts the scanning plan read by the scanning plan management part 120 to a scanning plan suitable for the scanning plan requesting X-ray CT apparatus by using a conversion table 141, and the scanning plan converted by the scanning plan conversion part 140 is transmitted by the scanning plan output part 150 to the scanning plan requesting X-ray CT apparatus.
