SMOKELESS ROASTER AND ROASTING TABLE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smokeless roaster which can suppress production of smoke when food is roasted and moreover can transfer sufficient heat uniformly to the entire grill.;SOLUTION: The smokeless roaster includes: (1) a body case having a bottom face and side faces and an opening part at an upper part for radiating heat; (2) a fuel box detachably set on a side face in the body case; (3) a plurality of air ducts formed at the lower face of the fuel box; (4) second air ducts formed on the side face corresponding to the first air ducts; and (5) a water receiver detachably set on the bottom face just under the opening part.
