PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a mechanism for opening/closing an opening/closing body by the power of a drive source to an existing opening/closing device.;SOLUTION: This after-fitted driving unit for the opening/closing device is provided with a driving rotation body 11 connectable to an output shaft 21 of a rotating drive source 20; a driven rotation body 12 rotated by the turning force transmitted from the driving rotation body 11; and a base member 13 supporting the driving rotation body 11 and the driven rotation body 12 respectively in a rotatable manner.
