PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control system capable of sharing information about charging per call between carriers.;SOLUTION: The communication control system comprises an originating-side charging information management apparatus and a terminating-side charging information management apparatus. The originating-side charging information management apparatus manages charging information for communications while it controls communications performed by an originating-side terminal in an originating-side network, which receives a call originated by the originating-side terminal. The terminating-side charging information management apparatus manages charging information for communications while it controls communication performed by a terminating-side terminal in a terminating-side network, which carries out call termination of the call to the terminating-side terminal. The terminating-side charging information management apparatus appends charging information to a clearing signal, and transmits it to the originating-side charging information management apparatus. Wherein, the appended charging information provides for communications to be charged as communications in the terminating-side network among communications originated by the originating side, and the clearing signal informs the originating-side terminal that the terminated communication is clearing out. Then, the originating-side charging information management apparatus manages the transmitted charging information as terminating-side charging information in the terminating-side network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
