PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a network design method by which an output of a high connection condition is attained by simple processing.;SOLUTION: The network design method includes: a topology setting step of setting a topology model; a random model trial step of selecting a proper link among link candidates, generating a network model where the selected link is used as an effective link and trying the network model in predetermined procedures; a critical value determination step of determining a critical value of the density M of a required node, a critical value of a load coefficient Kk of interference, a critical value of the density Mb of a hindrance node and a critical value of a load coefficient Kb of hindrance which are used for judging the connecting performance of a network based on trial results in the network model including the hindrance node; and a connecting performance determination step of considering M, Kk, Mb and Kb as key parameters and determining the connecting performance of the network using each critical value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
