PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow preparation device which supports that a plurality of operators prepare cooperatively one work flow prepare.;SOLUTION: A flow preparation part 120 inputs outline tasks configuring an overall operation flow showing the flow of a whole operation based on the operation of an operator 811, and assigns executers to those input outline tasks. An operator having authority to detail the outline tasks based on the executers assigned to the outline tasks is determined, and a task preparation part 130 inputs detailed tasks acquired by detailing the outline tasks based on the operations of an operator 812 and an operator 813 having change authorities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
