PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple denture base resin microwave polymerization apparatus manufacturing a denture base of a desired geometry as it is in a short time by controlling the temperature of a resin raw material which is about to be polymerized and cured by uniform microwave oscillation to the resin raw material injected to a denture base shape cavity in a plaster mold.;SOLUTION: The denture base resin microwave polymerization apparatus 1 is an apparatus for injecting the resin raw material 15 to the denture base shape cavity formed on the plaster mold 14 disposed inside a beaker 13 and microwave-polymerizing it. Inside a chamber 11, a mounting base 23 for the beaker 13, a temperature sensor 12 to be inserted to the beaker 13 to detect the temperature of the resin raw material 15, and a magnetron 22 which is connected to a microwave oscillation control circuit for increasing/decreasing oscillation intensity and/or oscillation time corresponding to the difference of the detected temperature and the polymerization start temperature of the resin raw material 15 and oscillates microwaves into the chamber 11 are disposed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
