PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thing-left-behind prevention system deciding whether a thing left behind is present or not when a possessor of baggage passes a prescribed place to notify the possessor about the presence of the thing left behind.;SOLUTION: A wireless device has: a storage means storing ID information; and a wireless response means receiving a communication request electric wave from a monitor, and transmitting the ID information by a response electric wave. The monitor has: a transmission/reception means transmitting the communication request electric wave, and receiving the response electric wave; a registration means registering the ID information; a decision means deciding whether communication with the wireless device is possible or not when the ID information is the registered information when receiving the ID information; and a warning signal transmission means. An information storage medium has a storage means storing the ID information.
