PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof boot for a CATV apparatus capable of solving conventional problems, since the connecting part of a waterproof boot can be connected to a connector boot without winding a tape around the connected part of both boots, and a coating structure of a connecting terminal for the CATV apparatus using it.;SOLUTION: In this waterproof boot for the CATV apparatus, a terminal coating part and a relay component coating part are formed in series, the upper end of the terminal coating part is formed into one having a suitable diameter so that it can be inserted between a water draining peripheral wall formed outside a connecting terminal and the connecting terminal inside, and an overlapping part capable of coating the periphery of the upper end of the connector boot for coating a cable connecting connector is provided in the relay component coating part. In the overlapping part, an insertion part which can be inserted in an opening of the boot for the connector, and an outside coating part covering the periphery of the upper end of the boot for the connector are concentrically provided, and an insertion space in which the upper end of the boot for the connector is inserted between the insertion part and the outside coating part is formed.
