PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a protein (an alloprotein) having a non-natural type amino acid with a photoreactive functional group integrated therein and having higher introduction efficiency and lower reaction selectivity than those of pBpa (p-benzoylphenylalanine) and suitable for a protein interaction analysis.;SOLUTION: This method is carried out as follows: (a) a mutant of a TyrRS (tyrosyl tRNA synthase) derived from a prokaryote and a suppressor tRNA which is a mutant of a tyrosine tRNA derived from the prokaryote are expressed in an animal cell; (b) a protein gene undergoing a nonsense mutation in a desired position is introduced into the animal cell and (c) a protein encoded with the gene is expressed in the presence of the non-natural type amino acid with a phenyldiazirine group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
