TIRE UNBALANCE FACTOR ANALYSIS METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire unbalance factor analysis method capable of completing an operation for a short time, and significantly reducing a man-hour required for analysis. PSOLUTION: This tire unbalance factor analysis method includes a step for creating a shade distribution data indicating an X-ray transmission rate of each of minimum divided elements 3 with black and white shade by CT-scan of an annular element 1, a step for allocating a specific weight predefined according to the shade for every minimum divided element 3 corresponding to the shade and creating a specific weight distribution data, and a step for calculating a minimum divided element moment obtained by multiplying the specific weight allocated to the element, a volume of the element and a distance from the element to a central axial line, summing up the minimum divided element moment of all the minimum divided elements 3 for each of the peripheral divided elements 2.
