PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system in which a network service platform device for causing a communication network and an information network to cooperate for services can perform an accounting process for each service, depending on the status of use of the service, and can perform notification.;SOLUTION: In the service cooperation accounting system including a communication network service providing server 2-10, information network service providing servers 2-21 and 2-22, and a service user device using services, a network service platform 1 stores accounting condition information for use of services, receives response information with respect to a service execution request signal transmitted based on a received service use request signal, calculates the number of times of execution of a service, notifies of service use information including the calculated number of times of execution of a service, calculates charges for use of a service based on the service use information, and the accounting condition information stored in a contract information storing section, and notifies of the calculated use charge information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
