PSOLUTION: The home battery controller transmits and receives information of power unit cost with the on-vehicle battery system using a power line communication, calculates a mean power unit cost in real time, and compares the unit cost, thereby judging a power supply having the least expensive power. Then, power is purchased on the basis of a result of judgement, and thus, the home battery system and the on-vehicle battery system having the best cost performance can be realized.
