PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra fine false-twisted yarn dyeable with a cation dye at atmospheric pressure, by which the state of the false-twisting process of the ultra fine false-twisted yarn copolymerized with a phosphonium sulfonate is improved to give the ultra fine false-twisted yarn improved in dynamic characteristics, deep dyeability, and especially black color tone, in a good yield.;SOLUTION: A method for producing the ultra fine false-twisted yarn dyeable with a cation dye at atmospheric pressure, including subjecting a highly oriented polyester undrawn yarn composed of a modified polyester copolymerized with a phosphonium sulfonate and having an intrinsic viscosity of ≥0.6 to a drawing false-twisting to produce the ultra fine false-twisted yarn dyeable with a cation dye at atmospheric pressure, having a single fineness of ≤1.5 dtex, a strength of ≥3.0 cN/dtex, and a TC of ≥3.0%, uses the highly oriented undrawn polyester yarn having a phosphonium sulfate copolymerization molar ratio of 2.5 to 7.0 mol%, a strength of 1.5 cN/dtex, a ΔIV of 0.05, and a draft rate of 700/M to 2,500/M.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
