PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of advantageously performing ultrasonic cutting for cutting the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the hole part of different diameters of a work.;SOLUTION: In this ultrasonic horn 10, a cutting blade 24 formed of a plate body is integrally formed at the end. The cutting blade 24 has a cutting blade 30 extending along the side of the plate body, a flat surface-shaped cutting face 26 formed of one surface of the plate body in the thickness direction, and a projecting curved surface-shaped flank 28 formed of the other surface of the plate body in the thickness direction. The cutting blade 24 is pushed into the hole part of the work 16 while ultrasonically vibrating the ultrasonic horn 10.
