In part of a flow passage where the molten resin flows, there is formed an applying part 20 which the whole or part of the undersurface of the oscillator or an oscillation transferring member faces, and the width (b) of the undersurface 201 of the oscillator or the oscillation transferring member is made wider then the width (d) of the flow passage 11.
