PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid loss of a positioning function and exfoliation of an adhesive while securing strong adhesive strength in the fixing mechanism of an optical element, where the optical element is fixed to a fixed base.;SOLUTION: The fixation surface 10F of an optical element 1, with respect to the fixing base 60, includes one or more element reference regions 73 brought into contact with the fixing base 60 to position the optical element, a jointing portion 80 exposed to the fixing surface 10F, and an adhesive regions 71 for fixing which is jointed and fixed to the fixing base 60. The fixing base 60 has a fixation reference surface 63 which is brought into contact with the element reference regions 73; and the adhesive regions 71 for fixing is a part or the whole of regions other than the element reference regions 73 and an adhesive G1 for jointing exposed to the fixation surface 10F; and the optical element 1 and the fixing base 60 are fixed by an adhesive G3 for fixing, in such a state that the surface of the adhesive regions 71 for fixing is roughened.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
