PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access a dedicate Web page from a QR (Quick Response) code attached to a product to request repair.;SOLUTION: In this warranty provision system, a store server 4 has a store information transmission means adding store information to the QR code and transmitting it to an intermediary Web server 2 when a consumer purchases a product. A manufacturer server 3 has a product information transmission means transmitting product information corresponding to the QR code to the intermediary Web server 2.
