PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform the settup of conference holding by setting the holding of a conference when it is possible to secure the desired time of the conference.;SOLUTION: This remote conference holding system is provided with: a conference condition input device; a control device; a schedule management device; and a presence management device. The conference condition input device is provided with a conference condition input means for inputting conference conditions, and the schedule management device is provided with a schedule information transmission means for transmission schedule information, and the presence management device is provided with a presence information transmission means for transmitting the presence information of a participant to the control device, and the control device is provided with a conference condition acquisition means; a schedule information acquisition means; a presence information acquisition means; and a decision means installed in either the schedule information acquisition means or the presence information acquisition means.
