PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image repair method, an image repair program and an image repair device capable of reducing the processing load on image processing and of shortening the processing time. PSOLUTION: The one-dimensional direction of blur in a blur image is set, and blur characteristics information expressed by the point spread function of an image due to blur is calculated based on the set one-dimensional direction, and the types of the blur characteristics information are classified, and spread is decided, based on the coefficient of the point spread function, and filter processing is performed, in the order of the blur characteristics information having a large spread.
