PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation menu controller capable of improving the operability of a system.;SOLUTION: The operation menu controller 1000 includes: an operating part 10 with which a user selects choices; an operation menu information part 1 for storing a plurality of operation menus; an execution frequency information part 2 for storing a first operation instruction and second operation instruction among operation instructions successively executed after the first operation instruction by the system while the first operation instruction is associated with the second operation instruction; an operation instruction specifying part 3 for specifying an operation instruction to be executed after the first operation instruction among the second operation instructions as a predictive operation instruction on the basis of a frequency that the second operation instructions are executed; an operation menu creating part 4 for creating a second operation menu obtained by adding information of the specified operation instruction to a first operation menu; and an operation menu presenting part 5 for giving the second operation menu created by the operation menu creating means to a display device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
