PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin roughened near-infrared absorption film which can prevent the remote control operation errors, that recently increase since the liquid crystal displays are made larger and brighter, while maintaining their brightness and is used to manufacture optical function components exceling in image quality and absorbing near-infrared rays, and to provide its manufacturing method and an image transfer film.;SOLUTION: This near-infrared absorption film, consists of a composition containing near-infrared absorption coloring matters and resins with no particles and has the surface Ra of 0.02-0.30 μm. This image transfer film is used when manufacturing the above near-infrared absorption film, and has layers formed by laminatig the near-infrared absorption layers, consisting of a composition containing near-infrared absorption coloring matters and resins and no particles on the surface of a releasing film, having a releasing layer consisting of a composition containing a releasing resin and particles, and the near-infrared absorbing layer can be peeled off from the releasing surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
