SOLIDIFYING MATERIAL USING TREATED MATERIAL OF WASTE LIQUID AFTER DISTILLATION OF SHOCHU AS RAW MATERIAL

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidifying material utilizing the treated material of a waste liquid after the distillation of a Shochu (distilled spirit) as the material for a calcium source, and capable of largely consuming the treated material of waste liquid after the distillation of a Shochu. PSOLUTION: The solidifying material uses a treated material produced by adding unslaked lime to a waste liquid after the distillation of the Shochu as the raw material. It is preferable that the solidifying material uses the treated material obtained by adding 30 to 300 pts.mass of unslaked lime to 100 pts.mass of a waste liquid after the distillation of a white distilled liquid, and deodorizing and powdering the waste liquid after the distillation of the Shochu.
