Next, the control part 3 calculates a curved surface vector having magnitude according to an area of the polygon, with the normal direction of the polygon as a direction. The control part 3 calculates a total of the curved surface vectors 53 of the polygons 43 included in the control target curved surface, and determines it as a tool shaft attitude vector 55.
