PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order processing apparatus, order processing system, control program and order processing method for easily and surely processing an order.;SOLUTION: The order processing apparatus or the order processing system is equipped with at least a reading section for reading image data from a digital camera or media, a storage section for storing read image data and a control section, wherein the control section generates a first file name independently enabling image data to be identified in accordance with predetermined rules, generates specific information (e.g., an original file name, a part thereof, a part of a header or information generated based thereon) related to the original file name or header information based on the original file name of the image data or the header information of the image data, adds the specific information to the first file name to produce a second file name, renames the image data into the second file name and stores the image data into the storage section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
