PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the finely floating device of a centrifugal base having a thermal active unit, a finely floating system having the same, and a method for driving the finely floating system.;SOLUTION: The finely floating device 20 is provided with a rotor 21 and a finely floating structure 22, the structure 22 is disposed at the rotor 21 and provided with two base units 23 or more of mutually different distances from the center of the rotor 21 and at least one thermal active unit that causes a temperature variation, a heating particle M that radiates thermal energy around by absorbing an electromagnetic wave emitted from the outside is provided inside the unit 23.
