PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a polyester fiber fabric for a trim material for a vehicle by which the trim material for the vehicle having sufficient flame retardancy and abrasion fastness, and also having sufficient raising property and resistance to ground yarn breakage can be obtained.;SOLUTION: The method for treating the polyester fiber fabric for the trim material for the vehicle includes a step for attaching a treating liquid containing a wax having 50-150°C melting point, a nonionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant and a solvent, and obtained by emulsifying and dispersing the wax in the solvent to a polyester fiber fabric, and drying the treating liquid attached to the polyester fiber fabric to attach the wax to the polyester fiber fabric.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
