PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a child go to sleep by gradually reducing sound volume of a reproduction source.;SOLUTION: When a control starting operation is detected by a starting operation detection part 103, when a predetermined genre is detected by a genre detection part 104, or when a predetermined transfer state of a mobile object loaded with a sound volume controller 100 is loaded by a transfer detection part 105, processing for gradually reducing the sound volume of the reproduction source according to predetermined time intervals is started by a sound volume control part 107. Then, whether or not there is a sound volume operation of the reproduction source is decided by a sound volume operation detection part 106. When it is decided that there is the sound volume operation of the reproduction source, the sound volume of the reproduction source is gradually reduced according to intervals obtained by prolonging the time interval by predetermined time.
