PSTN/IP NETWORK SHARED TELEPHONE SET AND CALL CONNECTION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public switched telephone network/internet protocol (PSTN/IP) network shared telephone set and call connection control method in which an IP network call depending on a PSTN telephone number is enabled to be connected.;SOLUTION: In the PSTN/IP network shared telephone set, when originating a call depending on a PSTN telephone number, an IP telephone number of a called-side telephone set corresponding to the PSTN telephone number is acquired from a telephone number conversion server 4 connected to an IP network, IP address information of the called-side telephone set corresponding to the IP telephone number is acquired from a call control server 5 connected to the IP network and while using the IP address information, the call is connected with the called-side telephone set via the IP network. In a case where the IP telephone number of the called-side telephone set can not be acquired from the telephone number conversion server, the call is connected with the called-side telephone set via a PSTN network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
