PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece for a tank, a tank provided with the mouthpiece, and a method for its attachment to the tank, in which workability of attachment to a tank body is improved, and a sealing member which hermetically seals the part between an inside wall defining the opening of the tank body and the mouthpiece attached to the opening part, is provided in an appropriate state. PSOLUTION: A mouthpiece body 31 is inserted in an opening part 11 formed in the tank 10. A sealing member having a hollow structure is attached to the mouthpiece body 31 so as to hermetically seal the part between the mouthpiece 31 and an inside wall 12 defining the opening part 11. A pressure-imparting part is provided to impart pressure to the hollow part of the sealing member. The sealing member is expanded by the pressure imparted from the pressure-imparting part to the hollow part, as a result, the part between the mouthpiece body 31 and the inside wall 12 defining the opening part 11 is hermetically sealed by the mouth piece 30 for a tank.
