TREATMENT MACHINE FOR STRANGLING LIVE FISH AND FOR REMOVING BLOOD AND NERVES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stabbing and strangling a fresh fish with a knife at a breath and facilitating removal of blood and nerves so as to improve and retain the freshness and meat qualities of live fish.;SOLUTION: A live fish to be treated is conveyed and inserted into a fish sliding and receiving bent plate to close a fish pressing plate; a fish size adjusting device is adjusted to the size of a live fish at first attempt; the neck of the live fish is bent; the whole fish body is held down: the whole fish body is fixed in a reverse erect state; vertebra of the neck, gills, and so on, are stabbed with a cylinder pressure drive knife cutter or a manual drive knife cutter; the fresh fish is strangled; the neural arch and the hemal arch in the vertebra are stabbed with a steel rod or an air nozzle; the fish body is pressurized; blood and nerves are held down and removed, and discharged from a discharge channel; and after the treatment, a fish bending, opening and closing plate system is opened, and the treated live fish is dropped downward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
